RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Time Frame: All returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date (not purchase date).
Condition Requirements: All returned items must be:
- In new and unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Free from damage, wear, or alteration
- Accompanied by original proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Watches – All timepieces and watch accessories
- Cosmetics – Including but not limited to makeup, skincare products, fragrances, and beauty tools
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Gift cards or store credit
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return instructions

- Include your proof of purchase
- Write the RMA number clearly on the package
- Use a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping: We will reimburse return shipping costs for eligible returns within the UAE. International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
Refund Methods:
- Original payment method (credit card, debit card)
- Store credit (if preferred)
- Bank transfer (for cash payments)
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days after processing
- Bank transfers: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at contact@rushdascollection.com
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no additional cost
- For watches and cosmetics: We will provide an identical replacement even though these items are normally non-returnable
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Items damaged during shipping will be replaced with the same product. Please:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Report shipping damage within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the damaged packaging and item
CANCELLATIONS
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled.
Partial Cancellations: Individual items from multi-item orders cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders
REFUND EXCLUSIONS
We do not refund:
- Original shipping charges (unless we made an error)
- Return shipping costs (except within UAE)
- Items returned without RMA authorization
- Items returned after the 14-day period
- Items not in original condition
STORE CREDIT
- Store credit never expires
- Can be used for future purchases
- Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash
- Valid for online and in-store purchases
